• Isreali Dances
  I would like to share with you some beautiful Israeli dances. They are to lovely, emotive music, the songs often about a longing for a homeland or for the end of war. The steps create a wistful atmosphere, a yearning for a stable place to live, for an ‘ordinary’ life of tilling the fields and tending the grapevines. There is a wonderful range of Israeli dances, the rhythms are familiar and the dances flow effortlessly once the sequence of steps has been mastered. The steps are simple while the way they are combined makes the dances magical.

  Please come and share these moving dances and bring a sense of peace and community to your life.

  Please bring flat shoes (character shoes if you have them), comfortable clothing, vegetarian food to share.

  I have weekends free for running ‘Self-Awareness in Dance’ workshops and I am always looking for new opportunities to share them. I can adapt them to fit in with Conferences, AGMs, Training Events. I also offer talks and 'mini-workshops' or 'taster' evenings for groups. Please contact Lynn if you would like me to run a workshop for your group, or if you know of a venue or centre in your area that would be interested. I will design workshops around a theme that you give to me.

  A book, co-authored with Richard Bryant-Jefferies and entitled The Sevenfold Circle: Self Awareness in Dance, was published in the late Spring of 1998 by Findhorn Press.
